Responsibilities
As the Senior Executive Technology Specialist, you are the dedicated, high-touch technical partner for Okta’s most senior leaders. Your mission is to ensure that Todd, Tanya, and Jessica experience zero-friction technology operations across every facet of their professional lives—from the devices in their hands to the AI tools powering their workflows.
Reporting to the Executive Support Manager, you will provide end-to-end ownership of the technology ecosystem within the Office of the CEO. You are not just a support resource; you are a proactive partner who integrates seamlessly into our premier escalation structure to ensure stability, predictability, and "always-on" reliability, even during high-stakes travel and critical business cycles.
This role will have onsite requirements in our San Francisco office, as well as travel requirements.
Executive Workflow Ownership:
You will take full accountability for the end-to-end technical experience of the CEO’s office, ensuring that hardware, software, and connectivity work in harmony across office, home, and mobile environments.
