Responsibilities

The Human Resources Business Partner serves as the primary People & Culture leader for a large, complex region and acts as a trusted advisor to regional leadership.

This role is responsible for delivering full scope HR support aligned to business priorities, operational execution, and enterprise people strategy.

Operating within a matrix reporting structure, the HR Business Partner partners closely with the Regional President while maintaining enterprise alignment through the Vice President of People & Culture.
