Fleet Manager

Must be able to read and use a tape measurer.

Experience in the glass industry and a valid (unexpired) CDL are preferred.

is focused on scheduling trucks for delivery and keeping the company in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, supervising drivers, and fleet maintenance.

Supervise drivers, ensure adherence to DOT and company policies, audit logs, and maintain driver qualification files.

Prepare delivery schedules, bill of ladings, trip records, and fuel tax reports; manage common carrier shipments.

Inspect load securely, review proof of deliveries, handle rejected goods, and coordinate reorders.

Oversee vehicle maintenance programs and ensure all vehicles meet regulatory standards.
