Three years of progressively responsible experience conducting investigations and audits

Experience maintaining Certificate of Recognition (COR) and implementing COR audit action plans.

Experience conducting learning and development sessions and coaching at a cross- organizational level

Reporting to the General Manager of People and Organizational Development, the Supervisor, Health and Safety will be responsible for leading initiatives that protect our people and community.

This includes developing and maintaining comprehensive health and safety management programs that align with regulatory standards and organizational strategic goals.

Coach and advise senior leaders, supervisors, and employees on health and safety inquiries.

Maintain health and safety-related metrics and reports using a health and safety management system and analytics tools.

Lead investigations into workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses.

Develop corrective and preventive measures and coach leaders on implementation.
