Own the financial performance of the business, managing daily and monthly P&L results while making operational decisions that improve revenue, margins and overall profitability.
Drive revenue growth and gross profit performance by identifying new business opportunities, improving team sales execution, and managing pricing, productivity, and cost controls.
Optimize operational efficiency, using both real-time observation and performance data to ensure smooth workflows, strong productivity, and consistent execution.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high service standards, resolving customer concerns, and implementing improvements that increase retention and loyalty.
Leverage technology and operational systems to manage performance, monitor key metrics, and make data driven decisions that improve the business.
