What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy retail environment In a management role

Culinary experience is a very strong asset

Ability not only to lead the team to deliver on an innovative and high-quality retail program, including branded concepts, but also to lead and inspire your team to look for ways to improve on what we already do to ensure we are exceeding the students’ expectations.

Experience in running and evaluating successful promotions

Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, team-centric and safety driven environment

Responsibilities

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing retail food operations for the site

Direct daily operations including working with the executive chef on menus and promotions, purchasing/ordering, inventory, scheduling

Manage financials for the retail program including labour cost, food cost, inventory, equipment and materials

Supervise, mentor, and monitor supervisors and evaluate performance to ensure a high level of productivity and the best use of team member capabilities

Ensure that the annual retail objectives are achieved
