Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management
Directly manage and mentor a Manager of Instructional Development & Delivery, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to ensure their effectiveness in training instructional staff.
Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the IT Technology instructional team.
Define team goals, monitor progress, and evaluate the performance of Managers of Instructional Training to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Instructor Development and Training
Oversee the execution of training programs led by Managers of Instructional Training, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
