5+ years of professional work experience, 1-2 in product approvals

Professional communication skills

Experience with complex project management and working through ambiguity

Experience working independently and applying self quality assessments

3+ Years of experience working within the entertainment industry

Technology and tools experience:  Google Suite, MyMediaBox, etc.

Process product, packaging, and marketing approvals (physical and digital) globally  for high-touch IPs

Manage office inventory

Create and maintain IP-specific style guides / usage guides

Maintain and present communication and status reports with a global organization

Collaborate and partner with Licensees and Licensors

Gather and analyze Licensee / Retailer goals and products to facilitate approvals
