Requirements

3 to 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with strong exposure to revenue accounting, audit support, and general ledger close.

Strong knowledge of US GAAP, including revenue recognition principles and financial reporting controls.

Experience supporting external audits and preparing audit-ready schedules and documentation.

Exposure to international accounting operations, statutory audits, & multicurrency preferred.

CPA or active progress toward CPA strongly preferred.

Approaches complex accounting issues with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead and support revenue accounting activities, including contract review, revenue recognition analysis, reconciliations, and month-end close entries in accordance with US GAAP and company policy.

Review client engagements, billing arrangements, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate recording of revenue and related balances.

Prepare and analyze account reconciliations for revenue, deferred revenue, unbilled receivables, intercompany balances, and other related accounts.

Support quarterly and annual financial statement audits by preparing schedules, responding to auditor requests, and coordinating documentation for revenue-related and international accounting matters.

Assist with international audit coordination across multiple jurisdictions, including gathering local support, tracking audit deliverables, and helping ensure timely completion of statutory requirements.

Partner with international finance teams and external service providers to support entity-level reporting, compliance, and audit readiness.
