Automotive Service Estimator | Up to $75k Annually & Weekends Off | Arnold

TekMetric software experience and knowledge is a huge plus

Deep knowlege and experience estimating tickets involving third party warranties and the ability to navigate the third-party warranty process

They must be highly organized to ensure that everything is completed accurately and on time

Customer service skills: Must have strong customer service skills to answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure that customers are satisfied with the work that is performed on their vehicles

Proficient in Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications

Previous experience in an Automotive Sales, Advisor/Writer, or Estimator/Dispatcher position preferred

Automotive Service Estimator

As an Automotive Estimator with Christian Brothers Automotive, you will play a critical role in our automotive shop as a key repair order builder, ensuring that every guest receives top-notch service and their vehicle is repaired to the highest standards.

With your excellent communication and organizational skills, you will coordinate with technicians, build detailed estimates including parts and labor components using industry resources and repair proceedures, answer guest inquiries, and maintain an organized repair log to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.

You will also handle third-party warranty work, handle parts check ins, returns, and parts reconcilliations.

Reviews all digital vehicle inspections by technicians, using them to build detailed estimates / repair orders

Build detailed repair orders / estimates including parts and labor components using industry resources and repair proceedures
