Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall operation of the Circle K Ranch and the administration of the Equestrian Programs and supporting services at YMCA Camp Kern.

Provides strategic leadership for the long-term growth and sustainability of Circle K Ranch programs.

Identifies and develops new equestrian programming opportunities, partnerships, and outreach initiatives to expand participation and revenue.

Contributes to long-range planning for herd sustainability, facility improvements, and program expansion.

Oversees care and management of a herd of approximately 30-50 horses.
