Requirements
10+ years of progressive business development, strategy, or client leadership experience.
Background in AEC industry (architecture, engineering, construction, real estate)
or
in strategic consulting/professional services, with demonstrated transferable expertise.
Proven track record of building, managing, and scaling successful BD or client-service teams.
Experience with strategic planning and market analysis.

Responsibilities
This role is open to candidates with proven leadership and business development experience from either the AEC industry (architecture, engineering, construction, or real estate) or the strategic consulting/professional services field, provided they bring demonstrated success in building high-performing teams, developing client relationships, and driving market growth.
Supporting all service lines within Building and Real Estate and Infrastructure divisions.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Oversight
Manage and mentor a team of Business Development professionals, each aligned to one or more BRE/Infrastructure service verticals.
Establish clear goals, KPIs, and accountability measures for vertical and cross-service sales.
