SENIOR HR GENERALIST
Requirements
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, utilizing job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Manage employee data changes in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely updates related to hires, job changes, promotions, and exits.
Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes within HR systems, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and exiting employees.
Serve as the go-to resource for HR system troubleshooting and assist employees and managers with HRIS-related questions and issues.
Exit and Separation:
Prepare and review separation agreements, ensuring clarity and consistency in terms of final pay, benefits, and other relevant details.
Responsibilities
Work closely with managers to ensure timely and effective performance reviews, feedback, and development planning.
Administer the disciplinary action process, ensuring all actions are documented and comply with company policies and legal standards.
Manage the administration of employee leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, etc.), ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of positions across the organization, from sourcing to hiring.
