Responsibilities

The Contract Administrator provides support to the AXS Legal department, including drafting of ticketing services contracts; reviewing and/or drafting of other documents [e.g. data sharing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, notices, etc.], and ongoing administrative and organizational support for multiple attorneys in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Prepare initial draft of contracts, determining correct forms and attachments.

Review and edit contracts by incorporating deal points and other deal specific terms.

Collect all pertinent information related to the agreement, clarify data points and issue to business development team associated with deal.

Submit edited contract to supervisoror relevant internal department for review and comments.
