Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
5–7 years of experience in a single-site manufacturing environment performing Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
CSP, CIH, or CHMM certification preferred
Ability to provide OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 training certifications preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range:
The expected salary range for this position is between
$105,000 - $120,000
and includes a possible
12%
quarterly incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Responsibilities
This is an onsite position working in the Zanesville, OH Plant
The
Environmental, Health & Safety Manager
acts as a strategic partner and change agent, working with the NA Environmental and Health & Safety Departments to ensure consistent execution of regional EH&S policies and strategies. This role advises site leadership on EH&S objectives, challenges the status quo to drive improvement, and confidently pushes back when needed to maintain compliance and best practices. The position integrates EH&S into site culture and leads all phases of the plant’s environmental, health, and safety programs.
