AI Intern (Architecture & AI)

Rising Sophomore, Rising Junior in a business, data, or analytics related major is preferred

Programing experience with Python preferred

Prior exposure to LLMs or generative AI technologies preferred

Familiarity with GiT or version control systems

Understanding of APIs and basic software development practices

Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google,  Teams, and AI-based drawing tools is required for visualizing ideas

To support the DXP AI Team in developing, testing and deploying AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision making across the enterprise

Work closely with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to assist in the development of machine learning and generative AI applications

Assist in the development and testing of AI models, including large language model (LLM) based applications

Support data preparation, cleaning and feature engineering for machine learning workflows

Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and identifying potential use cases relevant to business needs
