Security Supervisor/Superviseur de la sécurité

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity, preferably in a casino or hospitality environment.

Strong knowledge of security principles, emergency response planning, and de-escalation techniques.

Must be physically fit and capable of performing demanding physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, patrolling large areas, lifting equipment, and intervening in physical de-escalation or emergency situations.

Valid Certificate in First Aid and CPR.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in French is considered a strong asset.
