Requirements
You have demonstrated the ability to build, deploy and maintain large-scale, complex applications.
You care more about solutions and impacting the customer experience than using a particular tool or framework.
Mastery of modern server side languages, Golang is a plus but not required
Proficiency with SQL
Proficiency with cloud infrastructure management, preferably AWS
Experience supporting and mentoring other engineers and acting as a “force multiplier”
Responsibilities
The Partnerships team builds the integrations, partner experiences, and platform foundations that enable the Justworks ecosystem to flourish beyond Justworks’ core capabilities.
We drive growth and retention for our core customer segment while making it easier for customers to unlock more value from Justworks.
Our team owns the public API through which customer data flows into and out of our platform.
We work closely with teams across the business to ensure that the API and MCP experience is as rich and reliable as our UI-driven experience.
Engineers on this team collaborate closely with external partners to deliver seamless integration experiences.
We are looking for engineers who enjoy working across platform infrastructure, product integrations, and partner-facing systems, and who can translate customer, partner, and business needs into durable technical solutions.
