Commissioning Authority

+7 years of hands-on experience in commissioning building systems

Strong knowledge of the building design and construction industry, with familiarity in the commissioning process for new construction, major renovations, and existing buildings

Understanding of energy use, indoor environmental quality, operations, and maintenance in building commissioning

Familiarity with MEP and building automation systems, with the ability to evaluate and test system performance

Must be able to climb structures and inspect equipment both at high altitudes and in confined spaces

is an integrated design firm delivering architecture, engineering, interiors, planning, and building optimization for new builds, renovations, and adaptive reuse projects.

You will work with these integrated design teams of Architects, Engineers and specialty designers, providing commissioning expertise

As a Commissioning Authority, you will frequently travel to job sites to perform construction reviews, functional testing, and building performance diagnostics.
