Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse, or LTL operations.

Strong understanding of LTL transportation, freight movement, dock operations, dispatch, scheduling, and customer service.

Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is considered an asset.

Strong customer service focus with the ability to build positive working relationships across departments.

Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic operational environment.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will contribute directly to the success of our customers, our operations, and the Fastfrate Group as a whole.

leads a fast-paced operation, ensuring freight moves accurately and on time leveraging internal staff capabilities and coordinating with drivers and equipment to achieve operational excellence.

You’ll guide a team, coordinate workloads, and keep processes running smoothly to deliver top-tier service.

With real-time problem solving, resource planning, and hands-on leadership, this role makes a direct impact on operational efficiency and customer experience.

Lead the day-to-day operations of the terminal, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely movement of freight while meeting service and productivity expectations.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operational activities, including inbound/outbound freight, dock operations, dispatch, scheduling, and resource allocation.
