Translate complex financial and operational requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences. Ensure clarity, accuracy, and trust in every flow.

Use AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in your design workflow to explore edge cases, pressure-test logic, and prototype flows.

Validate assumptions through lightweight research. Talk directly with customers, run usability tests, and iterate based on evidence.
