Responsibilities

Payroll & HR Administrative Assistant

Payroll and HR Administrative Assistant

provides essential support to the Payroll and HR teams by assisting with essential payroll duties, LOA (Leave of Absence) tracking, employee relations tracking, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Assist with terminations and status changes as needed

Respond to team member payroll inquiries
