Compensation & Benefits

Piece rate (ranging between $40 and $336 per unit; average of $82 per unit)

$21 / hour for paid training, required meetings, and non-post reservation cleans.

Responsibilities

You'll professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties, performing thorough cleaning including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and moving furniture to ensure every surface sparkles.

Your role involves creating welcoming environments by handling laundry, restocking amenities, maintaining hot tubs (training provided), and identifying any maintenance needs or damages.

This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in attention to detail and wants to directly impact guests' vacation experiences by delivering pristine, comfortable homes.
