Spain Payroll Specialist

At least 2 years’ experience of processing payroll across multiple countries.

Experience of working with a global payroll provider/system, preferably CloudPay.

Ability to take ownership of payroll processes;

Problem solving mindset & positive attitude;

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Excellent communication skills in English.

End to end processing of bi-monthly and monthly payrolls as part of a small team.

Analysis and documentation of each countries control framework and payroll processing guidance.

Ad hoc project support. Manage relationships with various stakeholders (i.e., Finance, HR, etc.) and the payroll provider to ensure end-to-end process excellence.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies

Performing reconciliations and audit tasks for monthly payrolls.

Stay up to date with local payroll regulations.
