Requirements
:
3–5+ years of experience in production coordination or production management, ideally within podcasts, digital media, or unscripted content
Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple productions and deadlines simultaneously
Solid understanding of studio environments, production equipment workflows, and digital video or podcast production processes
Experience coordinating crews, vendors, and production logistics across pre-production, shoot days, and post-production
Familiarity with building or tracking production budgets and managing resources efficiently
Responsibilities
:
Coordinate production logistics for podcasts, video shows, and digital content from pre-production through delivery, including schedules, call sheets, and run-of-show documents
Support both in-studio and on-location productions, helping ensure shoots run smoothly, stay on schedule, and troubleshoot issues in real time
Source, book, and coordinate contract crew across roles such as producers, shooters, editors, audio, lighting, and production assistants
Manage production calendars, studio bookings, equipment rentals, and vendor coordination across multiple concurrent projects
Assist with building and tracking production budgets, helping ensure projects stay aligned with scope and available resources
