IPM is seeking experienced professionals to lead complex pharmaceutical projects across the product lifecycle\u2014from development and regulatory execution through commercialization, launch readiness, and post-launch management.

The ideal candidate combines strong project and program leadership with hands-on product lifecycle leadership experience and can successfully operate across a wide range of client environments.

This role is designed for professionals who can lead development-focused initiatives while also bringing commercialization and launch-readiness experience.

Successful consultants will build structure, drive accountability, manage risks, facilitate decision-making, and deliver executive-ready outputs that move critical programs forward.

Lead Product Development & Lifecycle Programs

Lead cross-functional pharmaceutical development programs across pre-clinical, clinical, regulatory, CMC, quality, supply chain, commercialization, and post-approval stages
