Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in extrusion.

Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

Basic PLC troubleshooting experience.

Ability to use diagnostic and precision tools.

Extrusion equipment including screws, dies, and downstream equipment.

Heating/cooling systems and tooling maintenance.

The Extrusion Maintenance Technician Level II is responsible for performing intermediate-level maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of extrusion equipment and supporting systems.

This role ensures optimal equipment performance, minimizes downtime, and supports production goals through proactive and corrective maintenance activities.

Maintenance & Repair

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on extrusion lines and auxiliary equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
