Requirements
Professional Engineering or Survey license is a plus.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the oil and gas industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
Extensive knowledge and expertise in pipeline and facility design, construction, and operations.
Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Current projects include oil & natural gas, CO2, hydrogen, and RNG pipelines and facilities. The selected candidate will work to help build our business through industry contacts nationwide.
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Oil and Gas/Hydrocarbons Projects division, setting goals and objectives aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives.
Lead the development and execution of project strategies, ensuring alignment with client expectations, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and key clients, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Oversee the financial performance of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, to ensure profitability and success.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the division, leveraging emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
