Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.

Licensed or eligible for state licensure.

You will provide quality, evidence-based and individualized physical therapy care that includes assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to help patients achieve optimal recovery and well-being. Your caseload will be primarily orthopedic with a variety of sports medicine conditions.

What you'll do:

Provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs and outcomes, review patients’ functional needs and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

Design and implement plans of care for patients based on a thorough assessment of potential development

Create fitness and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs.

Communicate effectively with other professionals and support staff to achieve positive patient outcomes·
