The salary range for this position is $200,000+. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.

In partnership with the Canada Managing Partner, translate business priorities into executable operational plans and ensuring alignment across the leadership team.

Track and manage progress against the firm's strategic priorities and growth targets.

Lead preparation for global business reviews and Canada strategy reviews, ensuring pre-reviews and alignment with geo ops and functional owners.

Coordinate and support strategic projects such as: Market expansion.

Practice development, M&A integration, new service offerings, Ensure alignment between firm strategy, practice strategy, and revenue goals.

Financial Performance Steering & Management
