Requirements

10+ years in product management with at least 3+ years leading AI or machine learning initiatives

Strong technical fluency in Large Language Models (LLMS), generative AI, natural language processing, and AI-driven product development

Proven ability to take emerging technologies from exploration to scalable product impact

Strategic thinker with the ability to execute, balancing long-term vision with delivery, user-first mindset with a track record of translating technical capabilities into customer value

Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills

Strong understanding of the generative AI landscape, including vendors, research trends, and regulatory considerations

Responsibilities

Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for LLM-based product innovation across Headspace

Identify, prototype, and validate high-impact generative AI use cases in partnership with engineering, research, and design

Translate complex LLM capabilities into intuitive, valuable user experiences

Drive cross-functional alignment across product, data science, design, go-to-market, and operations

Establish scalable frameworks, best practices, and reusable systems for LLM integration

Evaluate external tools, vendors, and partnerships to inform build vs. buy decisions
