Requirements
Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, clearly explaining coverage options, premiums, and value.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and needs analysis to closing the sale and onboarding the client.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals, retention, and referral opportunities.
Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to ensure smooth policy implementation and service delivery.
Stay current on carrier products, underwriting criteria, and market trends to provide clients with informed recommendations.
Document client interactions and sales activities in the agency management system in a timely and accurate manner.
