Global Payroll Manager

Experience managing multi-country payroll operations (minimum 5+ countries)

Strong knowledge of international payroll practices, tax regulations, and compliance requirements

Background in managing payroll vendors and third-party providers

Expert knowledge of global payroll systems (Workday, ADP, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Proficiency with HRIS platforms and payroll integration

Experience with payroll reporting and analytics tools

The Global Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing payroll operations across multiple countries and regions, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for a global workforce.

This role will report to the Director of Global Shared Services.

Payroll Operations Management

Oversee end-to-end global payroll processing for employees across multiple countries and jurisdictions

Manage payroll cycles to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, commissions, and other compensation

Coordinate with in-country payroll providers, vendors, and third-party administrators
