Certinia Implementation Consultant

1+ years experience building flows, automation, and customizations within Salesforce.

Knowledge of database software or relational database theory and ability to query using SQL, SOQL, or similar.

Prior experience with Certinia or similar PSA tool.

Prior Experience with Salesforce development (e.g., Apex, Lightning Web Components) a strong plus.

Join Axon’s Professional Services team as a PSA Systems Developer, owning the administration and optimization of Certinia as our Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool within Salesforce.

This role is critical to enabling high-impact delivery across our global Hardware and Software Professional Services organizations.

You will configure and enhance the PSA system to support project tracking, resource management, timekeeping, billing, and forecasting at scale.

You’ll work closely with Professional Services business stakeholders and the Salesforce Digital Customer Experience team to ensure Certinia is optimized for performance, adoption, and ongoing business value.

You will serve as both the hands-on administrator and technical owner, bringing a deep understanding of Salesforce and PSA best practices.

Your work will drive automation, reduce operational friction, and increase visibility across the end-to-end services lifecycle.
