Responsibilities
Staff Product Operations Manager
Fintech Client Experience team
, you will play a crucial role in establishing strong connections between our product and user-facing teams.
Partnering with our talented Product Managers, you will lead the development of new features, improve existing functionality, and help shape product processes from scratch.
Collaborating closely with support, sales, and success teams, you will ensure a seamless feedback loop, enabling continuous product improvements.
You will also work closely with client-facing teams and engage directly with customers and partners to deeply understand their operational workflows, integrations, and fintech-related challenges.
