Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or another related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 7 years in a planning management role.

Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning software procurement modules.

Effective negotiation and communication skills.

Experience working in a matrixed organizational structure.

Compensation & Benefits

The customary salary range for this position is:

Minimum pay rate

: $123,000 USD

Maximum pay rate

: $184,000 USD

The salary range provided covers the minimum and maximum amounts projected for this role. The base salary will be influenced by factors like experience, skills, and location.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning is a leadership position accountable for managing the planning process for supply, inventory, and capacity within the D&G Business Unit. This role ensures continuous product availability by balancing service levels, costs, regulatory requirements, and operational performance. The Senior Manager works closely with teams in Demand Planning, Manufacturing, R&D, QA/RA, Commercial, Product Management, Finance, and Procurement to synchronize supply chain plans with organizational objectives.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to capably perform each of the following essential functions:

Planning for long-term goals & Leadership

Lead the creation and implementation of multi-site supply chain planning strategies aligned with commercial demand, Demand Planning forecast, manufacturing capabilities, and corporate objectives.

Build, mentor, and lead high-performing planning teams across supply planning.

Serve as a key contributor to enterprise strategy, new product launches, network build, and capacity expansion initiatives.
