Requirements
3+ years of experience in a logistics-related role
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as DBS, SAP, Island Pacific, and/or Oracle
Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) such as Oracle OTM, Red Prairie, and/or similar platforms
Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or related
Regulatory and compliance awareness
Experience with shipping regulations, documentation requirements, and safety standards
Responsibilities
Shipment Management:
Utilize OLIVER bulk planning functionality, review demand/flow recommendations, and execute shipment tendering and carrier selections that meet customer service requirements at the lowest possible cost.
Execute shipments by coordinating with external supply chain partners; suppliers, carriers, and third-party consolidators.
Hold supply chain partners accountable to day-to-day performance objectives.
Complete shipment issue resolution with internal clients to meet inventory demand.
Improve transit time by ensuring freight delays are recognized and resolved.
