Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience; proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out; support development of project schedules and deliverables; manage multidisciplinary project teams; ensure objectives are achieved within scope and schedule.
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure upgrade projects involving VMware, network infrastructure, M365 tenant services, cloud onboarding, and security control implementations.
• Knowledge of change management governance through CAB processes.
• Experience coordinating technical validation across development, test, and production environments.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance reporting and remediation tracking.
• Ability to manage integrated master schedules and dependency matrices.

Responsibilities
• Plan and execute cross-functional projects affecting system administration, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, monitoring, cloud services, and identity management, ensuring integration, sequencing, and technical validation across impacted environments.
• Develop project plans, milestone schedules, risk mitigation strategies, dependency tracking documentation, and executive briefing materials for review with senior leadership.
• Coordinate testing and validation activities within development and test environments prior to production releases and ensure all infrastructure modifications are documented and approved through established change management workflows.
• Oversee quality checkpoints including patch validation, monitoring coverage verification, backup integrity confirmation, and security control alignment prior to deployment of infrastructure changes.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews documenting technical outcomes, performance impact, and corrective measures when necessary.
