Compensation & Benefits

The salary range listed above is for non-PERS qualifying applicants. PERS qualifying applicants may be eligible for an adjusted range to reflect

an

additional 6.95%.

Responsibilities

The ESS1 serves as the primary administrative support to the SFFC Camp Commander and provides critical operational continuity for the camp.

This position coordinates facility supplies, IDs, uniforms, security equipment, phone systems, and forms compliance.

Additional duties include supporting personnel processes, assisting with recruitment activities, maintaining administrative records, processing AIC grievances, and providing backup coverage for mailroom functions.

This role also serves as the ISDS coordinator, preparing and updating staffing rosters, processing leave and time entries, and ensuring accurate scheduling and payroll data for the facility.
