Requirements

Required:

8+ years of experience in business development, key account management, or project sales within industrial or construction industries.

Proven success managing large, complex, multi-location client relationships.

Strong understanding of the industrial and commercial construction market, including capital projects and maintenance programs.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate efforts across multiple regions and service lines.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary relationship manager for Loenbro’s national and enterprise clients.

Identify and pursue multi-regional project opportunities across all service lines and market sectors.

Responsible for developing and implementing win strategies and Go-No-Go process to determine which projects and clients to target.

Lead the RFP/RFQ process and deliver to the client while meeting company standards and processes.

Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and Key Account Managers to align regional execution with national account strategy.

Work closely with the Executive Director of Sales to establish growth targets, forecasting, and performance metrics for national accounts.
