Financial Services Officer

Demonstrated experience in administrative functions.

As a Financial Services Officer, you will play a key role in supporting both customers and colleagues with your specialist knowledge.

You will provide ongoing training and guidance to team members, ensuring the entire branch is confident and capable in delivering our full suite of Financial Services solutions.

Be the branch go-to person for matters associated with all Financial Services Products.

Provide training and product knowledge to other team members regarding the Financial Services product suite.

Develop and implement an annual Branch Financial Services business plan to support yearly growth ambitions.

Implement sales campaigns aimed at identifying client opportunities, across the full suite of Financial Services products, including:
