Instructional Delivery & Quality Assurance
Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across instructor-led and asynchronous learning experiences.
Monitor learner engagement, retention, and completion data to drive instructional improvements.
Partner with CAAR leadership to drive strategies to increase certification participation and pass rates across all programs.
Partner with Product and Curriculum teams to align training with certification pathways.
Collaborate with CAAR operations and impact to implement supports such as exam readiness resources, practice testing, and learner accountability systems.
