The Financial Sector Talent Enrichment Programme (FSTEP) is a 3 + 9-month intensive graduate training programme, designed to equip talent with the right skills and knowledge for their transition into the financial services industry.

UOB Malaysia is committed to recruiting and developing a team of trainees who will be coached to excel within the bank.

Support daily operations within the assigned business unit (e.g., Retail Banking, Operations, Compliance, Technology & Operations, or Corporate Banking).

Assist in data analysis, reporting, and preparation of documents or presentations as required by the team.

Collaborate with managers and team members to drive small projects and process improvement initiatives.

Learn and apply banking fundamentals, digital tools, and regulatory requirements relevant to the role.
