Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations (e.g., EPA, NEPA, CEQA, RCRA, CERCLA).

Draft figures and site plans via CADD software.

Perform environmental fieldwork including oversight of subcontractor.

Oversee data collection, sampling, and analysis for air, water, and soil quality.

Prepare technical reports, permit applications, and regulatory filings.

Support business development by identifying opportunities, writing proposals, and contributing to project bids.
