Manager, Hospitality Operations & Production

Strong understanding of venue delivery environments, cross-functional dependencies, and vendor/partner coordination.

Proven ability to manage budgets, track spend, and drive alignment across cost responsibility and procurement requirements.

Partner with On Location to validate venue-based hospitality delivery plans, ensuring they are executable within venue constraints and operational requirements.

Liaise with Event Venue Management (EVM) and Venue Infrastructure (VNI) teams to integrate hospitality space planning with venue operations and venue delivery requirements.

Oversee the production process for venues requiring temporary hospitality builds, ensuring scope is defined, decisions are documented, and delivery is aligned to venue requirements.

Drive alignment with Procurement and Venue Infrastructure teams on cost responsibility and what is included within LA28-delivered scope vs.

partner delivered scope.

Coordinate with On Location and internal partners to support required approvals and enable clear handoffs between design development, procurement, and venue delivery.
