Responsibilities

End-to-End Partnership Management:

Serve as the primary operational lead throughout the client journey—partnering with Sales for account transitions, supporting implementation, and providing high-touch day-to-day support to ensure long-term stability.

Traditional Account Governance:

Manage regular agendas, Joint Operating Committees (JOCs), and senior leadership briefings with a high degree of polish.
