Requirements
A portfolio demonstrating 6+ years of design experience, with strong examples of social-first design thinking and execution for consumer brands
Deep understanding of social platform behaviours, content formats, and visual performance factors across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels
Visual storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate brand purpose, emotion, and product messaging through design that feels authentic and culturally relevant
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma, with strong proficiency in producing assets at social speed
Experience art directing photography, video, or content shoots, with an eye for composition, styling, and inclusive visual representation
Experience creating native content and design systems for key social platforms, with an understanding of specs, safe zones, and format best practices
Responsibilities
Do it with Dove, one of the most respected global brands on social. We’re building a team across 15 markets to own Dove’s social presence end to end: insight and ideation, platform-native creative, publishing, live ops, and community.
The brief is straightforward: make Dove the most culturally relevant brand on social. You’ll have the scale, purpose, and creative freedom to make it real.
Your creative vision will bring Dove's brand to life across social platforms and beyond.
with a hybrid working arrangement (minimum 3 days per week on-site), you'll work in partnership with the creative, social, strategy, and Dove brand teams to craft compelling visual work that connects with audiences in the moments that matter. You'll lead and guide designers and content creators, champion social-first thinking, and ensure every piece of visual content meets the highest standards of craft while feeling native to the platforms where Dove's audiences spend their time.
You'll be the visual storyteller behind design work that makes Dove unmistakable in crowded feeds.
Working at the intersection of brand strategy and creative execution, you'll translate consumer insights, campaign briefs, and Dove's brand purpose into visuals that feel authentic, inclusive, and distinctive across every format and platform.
