Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of
five (5) years
of progressive experience in compensation analysis, job evaluation, market pricing, or salary administration.
Advanced analytical and modeling skills with demonstrated experience using HRIS and compensation market data systems.

Administers and maintains the organization’s wage and salary programs in accordance with established policies and compensation best practices, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
Partners with leaders and HR Business Partners to develop and revise job descriptions, ensuring job content accurately reflects duties, responsibilities, and minimum qualifications for effective evaluation and classification.
Conducts comprehensive market analyses utilizing third-party survey data and internal benchmarks to evaluate job classifications and recommend appropriate salary ranges.
Leads and participates in salary surveys, ensuring sufficient data is collected to assess and maintain the organization’s competitive market position.
Analyzes survey results and independently develops recommendations for market adjustments, including cost projections and financial modeling for current and future fiscal years.
