Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for overseeing supplies, coordinating new hire onboarding, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring the facility remains a clean and welcoming environment.
This individual will also serve as the primary point of contact for landlord communications and handle mail and shipping logistics.
Supplies Management:
Maintain inventory and order office supplies, including stationery, kitchen items, and general workplace needs.
Keep the kitchen stocked with snacks, beverages, and other essentials, and coordinate any special office meals or events.
