Requirements
We seek candidates who have:
2–3 years of frontline
nonprofit
fundraising experience, including direct engagement with individual donors and cultivation of net-new donor relationships
Demonstrated success managing a donor portfolio with individual gifts ranging from $25K–$100K
Experience owning and delivering against annual fundraising goals of $1M+, with clear accountability for results
Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000. Most offers are on the lower end of the salary range and are at the company’s sole discretion based on the final candidate’s experience. This allows us to provide a fair and equitable approach to compensation when setting pay and maintaining internal pay equity. This role is eligible for performance-based incentive bonuses.

Responsibilities
The Revenue Account Executive will identify, cultivate, and close
new funding partnerships
with individuals, foundations, and corporations in support of Code.org’s mission to expand access to computer science education. This role will focus on driving new donor acquisition and converting high-potential prospects into long-term supporters. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship-builder with a background in Philanthropy and Development who has proven experience finding, pitching, and building a new portfolio of sophisticated funders, and a passion for Computer Science, AI and educational equity. This position is critical to growing Code.org’s revenue base and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our programs.
